Headed back to Honduras!
Eva and I are headed back to Honduras for a visit on 6 Feb. We'll go to our daughter's in Markham ON on th 5th. Cathy will drive us to Pearson Airport for arrival about 4am. Our flight to Miami is at 6:15am. We arrive in Tegucigalpa Honduras at 12:25 pm and will catch a local carrier at 4pm arriving in Roatan at 4:50 where we will stay at 'Cocolobo' ((http://www.cocolobo.com/). On the 10 th we go to La Ceiba until the 18th, staying at the 'Villas Pico Bonito', (http://www.villaspicobonito.com/), an Eco Lodge in Pico Bonito National Park. On the 18th we fly to Tegucigalpa then plan to rent a vehicle and drive to Yuscaran to spend a week visiting old friends in El Paraiso Province. We will return 25 Feb at 11:30pm and Cathy will pick us up and take us home for the rest of the night.

- Belleville, Ontario, Canada Eva and I have been going to Honduras from Canada for many years. We are both retired and in Sept. 1996 made our first mission trip to Chile. In Jan 1998 we made our first 3 month trip to El Paraiso, Honduras. We have completed 11 mission. trips, generally about 3 months each. The last one was in 2009 . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . El Paraiso is a poor province of Honduras just to the east of Francisco Morizan, which contains the capital, Tegucigalpa. Central Honduras is mountanious and is populated by a lot of Lenca indians who are mainly poor farmers. Wages are low but the people are very friendly. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Keeping the news current for our friends in Canada has been difficult until I started this 'blog'. Entries may be sporatic. We didn't go on a mission trip in 2010 but did take a trip to Spain for a couple of weeks. In Jan 2011 we were asked to go to Kenya to work as administrators in Robin's Nest Orphanage. That was a great trip
